We ship to the 48 contiguous states using the best shipping rate at the time, this could be FedEx Home, United Parcel Service, or United States Parcel. Effective March 1, 2010 we will be adding a $1.00 handling fee to each order due to the rising cost of packaging materials that we are being charged. Returns:
We will not ship to a post office box. Your address must include a street address and include an apartment, suite, or floor where applicable. Any delivery surcharge incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be billed to the customer. Most orders shipped are normally received in 5 to 7 business days after your order leaves our store.

If you are not satisfied with a product, call within 5 days of receipt, return the product and after we receive the returned merchandise in good condition we will refund the value of your merchandise. The customer is responsible for the return of the product. There is a 15% restocking charge for all items that were custom made for you.
